Company

A physical AI company, built inside working warehouses.

About us

Autonomous inventory for the warehouses that keep supply chains moving

Algo Labs builds autonomous robots and computer vision that count and inspect every pallet position in a distribution center. Our robot reads full racks up to 12 meters high, photographs every position, and flags broken film, open cases and damage on the same pass, so operators know exactly what is on the shelf without stopping the floor. Accuracy is above 95%, and the same vision platform is moving to the dock with Pallet In / Pallet Out.

Our mission

Make every warehouse count accurate, safe, and continuous, so teams can act on what is really on the rack.

Industrial grade

Hardware and AI built for long shifts, tall racks, tight aisles, and busy docks.

Proof, not promises

Every position we read comes with a photo, and we measure ourselves against official counts. Accuracy is above 95%.

Our story

What changed in the building

Each step came from a warehouse that was already running.

  1. 2021

    Early pilots

Early pilots in working warehouses. The lesson was simple: the count had to survive a full shift and a real rack.

  2. 2023

    Smart Pallet

Forklift-mounted scanning goes into production at scale, across five distribution centers of a leading food manufacturer.

  3. 2025

    Smart Pallet V2026

A horizontal level sweep, higher-resolution cameras, and new models. Accuracy is above 95%.

  4. Today

    Autonomous robot

Robot XL runs inventories in production, above 95% accuracy, with no operator in the aisle. Mexico now, Texas next.
