These terms cover your use of the public website at algolabs.ai, operated by Algo Labs. A deployment of a robot or a software subscription is governed by the agreement signed for that site, not by this page.

Information, not an offer

The site describes products and a robots-as-a-service model at a high level. It is not a quote, not a commitment to deploy, and not an offer or solicitation of any security. Availability depends on the building, the country, and a contract. The robot is not available for operation in the United States at this time. Mexico now, Texas next.

Figures

Accuracy “above 95%”, aisle times, and descriptions of particular runs reflect production experience. They are not a guarantee that every future site, SKU mix, or building will see the same result. We measure a deployment against criteria agreed in writing.

Forward-looking statements

This website contains forward-looking statements about products, markets, and plans, including where the service is offered today and where it may be offered later. Words such as “next”, “will”, and “in pilot” are about intentions and current work. They are not guarantees. Actual results can differ because of sites, regulation, supply, and decisions we have not made yet. We have no duty to update a page just because a plan changed, though we try to keep the public site honest.
