This page explains how Algo Labs (“Algo Labs”, “we”) handles information you send through algolabs.ai. It is written in plain language. It is not a substitute for advice from your own counsel.

What we collect

If you use a form, we ask for the fields on that form: name, email, and, depending on the form, company or firm, country, a message, partnership type, whether you are an accredited investor, and how you heard about us. We also receive standard technical logs from the host that serves the site, such as browser type and the page requested.

How we use it

We use form details to answer you, to prepare a conversation about a warehouse or a partnership, or to follow up on an investor inquiry. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to train public models.

Forms are not sending yet

The forms post to an endpoint configured in the site’s brand file. That endpoint is empty today, so submitting a form does not transmit the contents anywhere. Until it is connected, email joe@algolabs.ai or joe@algolabs.ai.

Who else sees it

When a form endpoint is connected, the submission is delivered through that provider (for example Formspree) to our inboxes. We do not authorize that provider to use the contents for its own marketing.

Your requests

To ask what we hold, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email joe@algolabs.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.
