Vision AI inspection checks each pallet as it is counted. Broken stretch film, open cases, tilted loads, moisture, and impact damage are flagged before they ship.
In production
The count and the inspection are one pass. The robot or the forklift does not come back later for a quality walk. Every exception keeps the photo, so a damaged load can be pulled while it is still in the building.
In production today, alongside the inventory count. Accuracy of the count itself is above 95%. The inspection is a judgment on condition, shown next to the image, for a person to confirm.
